The project is trying to respect the natural phenomenon (floods), specific for this area. The proposed, insular
character of urbanization helps to preserve the natural quality of the Weltawa river. It allows also for insular,
interventional programming and planning of selected area in the longer time period. Proposed housing structure
is based on mix of terraced housing and detached-housings. In spite of a high density, the second level is offering
more residential model of living as free standing houses-rooms. Set in trees and green roof gardens those rooms
are illusion of a village and a place for individualism and some additional human activities.
