The proposed, insular<br \/>\ncharacter of urbanization helps to preserve the natural quality of the Weltawa river. It allows also for insular,<br \/>\ninterventional programming and planning of selected area in the longer time period. Proposed housing structure<br \/>\nis based on mix of terraced housing and detached-housings. In spite of a high density, the second level is offering<br \/>\nmore residential model of living as free standing houses-rooms.
