An effort to covering<br \/>\neverything under one roof causes a monster over scaling of the object and creates functionally and economically<br \/>\nunnecessary  attic space. To tackle this problem we have suggested defragmentation and multiplication of a<br \/>\ndetached-house icon. Proposed urban structure respects the scale and context, at the same time creates micro-<br \/>\nurban scheme with various spaces which in our feeling would have positive impact to children&#8217;s growth and<br \/>\npsyche.
